Privacy Notice under the Personal Data Protection Law
Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”) imposes an obligation to inform data subjects under the title “Obligation to Inform the Data Controller” for the data controller, which is the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Development and Support Administration (KOSGEB). This obligation requires providing information about KOSGEB’s address and contact information, the purposes of processing personal data, to whom and for what purposes personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis of personal data collection, and the rights that data subjects can exercise according to Article 11 of the PDPL.
This Information Notice has been prepared to inform and enlighten data subjects in accordance with the PDPL and relevant legislation.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed by Onur Roof Tile in order to fulfill our legal obligations in accordance with the principles and procedures prescribed by the PDPL and other related laws and regulations to maintain the activities of Onur Roof Tile.

Your personal data may be transferred to relevant legal entities in mandatory cases within the scope of the relevant protocol in accordance with the provisions defined in Article 8 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and necessary precautions and confidentiality agreements within the framework of the legal framework. Your personal data may be collected through channels such as application forms, website membership and contact forms, website e-newsletter registration forms, cookies, job application forms, and processed by the Administration.
Access to Personal Data and Your Rights under the PDPL
In accordance with Article 11 of the PDPL, you have the right to apply to Onur Roof Tile to:
Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
Request information if your personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request the rectification of personal data in case it is incomplete or inaccurate and that the process made is reported to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons for its processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the provisions of the PDPL and other relevant laws, and request the notification of the process made to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Request the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
In this context, you can submit your requests related to the above rights to Onur Roof Tile through the communication channels provided at https://www.onurrooftile.com/ in digital form or by submitting a signed petition with wet signature along with identifying documents, or send it through a notary public.
Onur Roof Tile will conclude your requests regarding your rights in the shortest time possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.
Your applications within this scope will be accepted after the verification of your identity, and a written response will be provided to the relevant individuals within the legal periods either in writing or electronically.
You are required to submit your request in written and wet-signed form, with clear and understandable expression and including the identity and address information of the applicant, and, if any, the identity information and documents that will be used to identify the applicant, to the address of Onur Roof Tile, Kileci Mh. Lütfi Bostanoğlu Cd. No:4/A Akşehir/KONYA either by hand, by mail, or through a notary.
